Staying at this hotel was quite a mix of highs and lows. The rooms, although tidy and well-equipped for a budget choice, required a bit of effort with luggage due to the climb and had some issues like beds moving apart. The service was top-notch, with attentive and helpful staff offering guidance on parking. The location couldn't be better for accessing the Christmas Markets and other city highlights. Dining, while satisfactory, had its ups and downs with good pretzels but basic offerings. Overall, a good value stay with a few hiccups to keep in mind.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location near the Hauptbanhof was very convenient, and the rooms, though simple, were impeccably clean.
